We believe in building high-quality products that last a lifetime. Every Floaterhoist comes with a 2 year limited warranty on parts and materials. If any part of your product becomes non-functioning, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Return Policy

​

Items should be returned in original packaging within 45 days from the date of purchase. In order to initiate a return, simply email info@floaterhoist.com for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please make sure that loose parts such as the steel moveable pulleys are carefully wrapped before shipment.
